Avocado Sushi
Ingredients:
1 Hass Avocados ripe.
1 Alga sheet cut in half.
8 oz of cooked Japanese rice.
Sesame seeds to taste.
1 Cucumber.
Surimi crab.
Flying Fish Eggs.
Preparation:
Extend the seaweed, and with wet hands, place the rice on the seaweed compacting it and bath it with egg yolk. Place on the plastic layer rice, turn and put on the other side of seaweed avocado, cucumber and crab. Securely wrapped to form a taco. Gradually remove the plastic layer and cut into small pieces the cue. Enjoy this delicious oriental flavor.
