Azteca soup

Like Avocado, this dish is a native of ancient Mexico, is one of the oldest traditional dishes of Mexican culture. Aztec Soup needs the following ingredients:

Ingredients:

2 Medium Hass Avocados ripe.
10 Tortillas cut into long, thin strips.
4 Medium tomatoes, minced.
½ Finely chopped onion.
1 Garlic glove.
2 Liters of chicken stock.
1Sprig of parsley.
4 Chilies, cut in slices.
½ Cup cream cheese grated.
Salt and Pepper, to taste.
Oil for frying.

Preparación:
Deep fry tortilla strips till crisp and golden brown, drain on paper towel.
Peel Hass Avocados and cut into small cubes. Remove the chili seeds and cut into strips.
Fry the garlic, tomato and onion, season with salt and pepper to taste and let simmer for 5 minutes over low heat, add the chicken stock and simmer a couple of minutes. Remove from heat.
In each dish we serve, will put a lot of tortillas and slices of Hass Avocados, fill the dish with the seasoning and garnish soup with chilies strips, grated cheese and a sprig of parsley.
Serve immediately. It's a recipe you'll love. You can also use your favorite cheese and cream cheese substitute.
