Carne Asada whith Guacamole
Ingredients:
3 Hass Avocados ripe.
¼ Chopped onion.
2 Serrano chilies.
¼ Cup of finely chopped cilantro
Salt to taste.
Corn Tortillas.
8 Steaks into thin slices.
2 key limes.
Guacamole Preparation:
Peel the Hass Avocados, remove the pit and mash, add the onion, chilies and cilantro, add salt and lime to taste and mix all ingredients. Puree with other ingredients ready.
Steak preparation:
Season steak with salt and pepper to taste. Roast in a rack or plate and leave at the end of your choice and serve immediately, accompany with tortillas and guacamole.
