Guacamole con Jitomate
Ingredients:
3 Hass Avocados ripe.
1 Medium chopped onion.
1 Bunch of finely chopped cilantro.
2 Medium tomatoes, cubes minced.
2 Key limes juice.
Salt to taste.
Preparation: Peel the avocados, remove the pit and grind, add half the onion, whisk this mixture and drizzle with lemon juice, let stand for 3 minutes. Mix remaining onion, cilantro and tomatoes. And add to the above mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste. It can be served on toast, or served with tacos or corn chips.
